Terms of service for BeauPlat

Service scope

BeauPlat helps restaurant professionals improve dish photos with AI-powered features and a credit-based model.

User account

You are responsible for the information provided when creating your account and for keeping your authentication method confidential. You must notify us quickly in case of unauthorized use of your account.

Credits and payments

Some features require purchasing credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once used.

Submitted content

You confirm that you own or control the rights required for the photos, trademarks and other content you upload to BeauPlat. You remain responsible for the legality and use of submitted content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use BeauPlat to generate, store or distribute unlawful, misleading, defamatory or third-party rights-infringing content. We may suspend or limit access in case of abuse or security risks.

Intellectual property

The service, interface, trademarks and software components remain the property of BeauPlat or its licensors. Outputs generated from your content are provided for your business use subject to applicable law and these terms.

Availability

We do our best to keep BeauPlat available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may evolve, be temporarily suspended or undergo maintenance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BeauPlat is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption or commercial decisions made based on generated content. You remain responsible for validating visuals before publication.
